Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Fast Fulfillment: All orders are processed and securely packed within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Prompt Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched. You can expect to see active tracking updates and logistics movement within 72 hours of ordering.
Shipping Rates & Custom Duties (DDP)
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): We ship all international orders on a DDP basis. This means all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are fully prepaid by us. You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your package. The price at checkout is the final price you pay.
- Standard Shipping: We partner with reliable global courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping rates and any potential free shipping thresholds will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that Delivery Time = Processing Time (48 hours) + Shipping Time. Below are the estimated shipping windows for our primary destinations under standard conditions:
- United States / United Kingdom: 7 – 12 business days
- Europe: 8 – 14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property or contact your local post office first. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at support@twosheep.net, and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
